Innovative Method Popularization Training

Chinese chemical companies are facing difficulties in technological innovation. The technological process tend to be stable, and it is difficult to achieve breakthroughs in technological research for similar products, on the other hand, most of high-precision large-scale production equipment are imported, and cutting-edge raw material synthesis technologies are not in our hands. How to creatively discover and solve problems has been an important factor that influence whether we can move forward.

Recently, the PUSTAR R & D Center held a special training on "reducing cost and increasing efficiency of technological innovation and new breakthroughs in R & D", inviting experts from the Guangdong Provincial Innovation Method Promotion and Application Research Center to give a lesson to our staff. The TRIZ theory, which is applicable to the technological innovation method, presented the unique benefits of TRIZ theory to technological research innovation in all views.

 

The TRIZ theory provides scientific guidance on how to analyze problems systematically. Through its system model, technicians can quickly identify the core problems, the key point to research and develop.

 The TRIZ theory takes the social systems as the comparison object, and follows the principle of "all engineering systems obey the same development rules". It believes that technical functions and corresponding knowledge can become pointers to explore conflict issues.

 In the field of chemical industry, compared to traditional innovation methods, to achieve the best result, TRIZ theory reveals the inherent rules of creation and invention, and focuses on clarifying and emphasizing the contradictions existing in the technical system. Based on the development and evolution of resin synthesis technology, the study of design and development process of polymer products can help us accelerate the process of technological creation and invention to create high-quality innovative products.

 

"It can help us break through thinking barriers, discover the nature of the technical dilemma, and find contradictions and conflicts, which is very helpful for us to develop competitive new products," said the technical engineer of PUSTAR R & D Center.

Theoretical knowledge innovation has brought more diversified technological research directions, and breakthroughs in any single direction may create new product areas.
